Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel had a nice and relaxed atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable.
The rooms were small, and there was not a good space to put the second chair. There was an outlet on only one side of the bed.

Location was great for walking around the city. I had made a mistake on the reservation and the front desk staff was very helpful.
I made a mistake on the reservation. I try to book directly with the hotel but didn't understand that Islandhotels website was the direct site for the Centrum.

I didn't have breakfast because of an early morning flight [left at 6am]. The positioning of the hotel in the centre of Reykjavik is perfect -- also being adjacent to the excavated long house in the basement, with all the story boards regarding the history of Iceland -- is also an additional attraction that other hotels can not offer.
You could have a bigger cup for tea in the bedroom -- also milk instead of coffee creamer.

Location was very good.
Unclear where and how to park a car. Especially for someone who just landed and got to the hotel with a rental. The receptionist showed a map of P1/P2 areas and said we must use an app I wasn’t able to activate cause of SMS I couldn’t get

The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the bus stop for our excursions. It was an easy walk to the shops and restaurants in Reykjavik. The breakfast included a lot of variety and was quite good. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.
